My path - and why I accompany people & companies today
I am Nicole Gerber - Life & Business Coach and have been working in various HR roles in international companies for over 20 years.
For many years, I was an HR Business Partner in large international companies, before that in medium-sized structures - and it is precisely this mix that characterizes my work today. My experience in various HR management positions also helps me to consider the different perspectives in a wide variety of contexts.
I've learned that people don't need off-the-shelf coaching.
You need someone who really listens, who recognizes connections, who knows the reality in the company - and who both encourages and speaks plainly.
Meine Leidenschaft liegt darin, Menschen in ihrer beruflichen und persönlichen Entwicklung zu unterstützen: Frauen, die wieder ins Berufsleben einsteigen. Führungskräfte, die ihren eigenen Stil finden wollen. Teams, die durch Veränderungen gehen. Unternehmen, die nachhaltige HR-Arbeit brauchen. As a mother of two daughters, I know how challenging it is to reconcile family, career, expectations and needs. This experience flows into my work - without prejudice, but with an understanding of real life realities.
